What We Do

Every battery pack remanufactured by Recell undergoes a comprehensive process of diagnostics, remanufacturing, certification and testing designed to restore performance, reliability and safety.

Using advanced Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS), AI-assisted diagnostics and proprietary testing procedures, our technicians identify out-of-spec, degraded or failure-prone components at the module and component level. Components that no longer meet performance requirements are replaced with OEM-grade or performance-class components.

Each battery pack is then subjected to rigorous electrical, isolation, load and pressure testing to verify performance, safety and watertight integrity under real-world operating conditions. Each battery is certified only after meeting strict quality and reliability standards.
